Metaflex Solide RF30 Automatic by Vari-Doors

To save space and to optimise fire safety, we recommend the Metaflex Solide Plus RF30 by Vari-Doors. The in-wall-sliding door system ensures that both sides of the wall remain usable and that a time frame of 30 minutes fire resistance is guaranteed. As the door slides into the wall, the risks of damage are reduced. Ease of use and safety are increased. Ideal for accessing areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, storage rooms and waiting areas.

Specification:

• An automatic in-wall-sliding door with a guaranteed fire retarding time of 30 minutes, including a door frame with an assembled recess, strengthened recess and removable, steel finishing mouldings.
• The door is 40 mm thick, has a core of chipboard with an MDF barrier layer finished with a high-pressure laminate on both sides.
• The front sides are finished with a polyurethane moulded side strip.
• The door is fitted with brushed seal on both sides of the clearance opening.
• A wall profile incorporated in the door frame made of galvanised steel with a polyester powder coated finish.
• Aluminium rail construction.
• Automation consisting of a motor, microprocessor operated controller and geared belt drive.
• Standard equipped with a pedestrian passage.
• Nylon elbow switch, type ES1, on both sides.
• Sliding door system is provided with a resistance sensor and an active infrared sensor above the clearance opening.
• Window of 400 x 400 mm, 300 x 600 mm or 600 x 600 mm.
