Manually operated, airtight sliding door suitable for use in spaces with negative temperatures up to -30 °C, including rail, front frame and bottom sill.
Doorblade
The door is 120 mm thick, has a core of polyurethane with a full, galvanised steel layer and is finished with a polyester powder coating colour White (≈ RAL 9010) or Grey-white (RAL 9002). The door features a rubber gasket on three sides and a drag rubber at the bottom; this combination ensures a completely airtight seal.
Wall Frame
Assembly frame of 150 x 45 mm filled with polyurethane including heater tape in the colour White (≈ RAL 9010) or Grey-white (RAL 9002) and an aluminium bottom sill including heat tape. Internal wall finishing is on behalf of subcontractors.
Rail
Aluminium rail construction with indentation to attain airtight sealing function.
Canopy
Sloping, removable canopy of coated steel plate in the colour; Bright Aluminium (RAL 9006). Motor is hidden under the canopy.
Automation
Automation consisting of a motor, a microprocessor operated controller in plastic casing and a geared belt drive. Opening speed is variably adjustable.
Operation
Stainless steel inner-outer opener with lever principle, allowing effortless opening of the door. Both sides are equipped with a pull switch, one side has a two-button operation (emergency/open).
Security
Sliding door system equipped with an obstacle detecting safety system in the clearance opening.
