MAK Chiller Automatic/ Manual

Specification:
Automatically operated, airtight sliding door suitable for use in areas with positive temperatures up to 60 °C, including rail and front frame.

Doorblade
The door, made up of panels, is 80 mm thick, has a core of polyurethane with a galvanised steel layer on both sides and is finished with a polyester powder coating colour White (≈ RAL 9010) or Grey-white (RAL 9002). The door leaf has a rim of stainless steel and features a rubber gasket on three sides and a drag rubber at the bottom; this combination ensures a completely airtight seal.

Wall Frame
Stainless steel 304 with 2B Finish. Frame assembly of 100 x 20 mm. Internal wall finishing is on behalf of subcontractors.

Rail
Aluminium rail construction with indentation to attain airtight sealing function.

Canopy
Sloping, removable canopy of coated steel plate in the colour; Bright Aluminium (RAL 9006). Motor is hidden under the canopy.

Automation
Automation consisting of a motor, a microprocessor operated controller in plastic casing and a geared belt drive. Opening speed is variably adjustable.
